01What can be deleted
On request we delete: the User's account, profile (name, email), all User-created content (scripts, uploaded files, generated results), stored access tokens for any connected social network, and the Support Chat message history.
Deleting a Welder AI Account does not delete materials You have already published to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube — those materials are stored by the platforms and can be removed only through the platform's own interface. We do, however, delete the platform access tokens and stop all operations on Your behalf.
02How to submit a request
Through any of three channels:
- Delete the Account from settings. Sign in → «Settings» → «Delete account». This removes all information listed in Section 1 and cancels any active subscription.
- Via the Support Chat on the Site. Write «Delete my data» and an operator will confirm the request. If You have lost access to the Account, please include the email used at registration so we can verify ownership.
- By email. If You can neither sign in nor use the Support Chat, send a request from the registered email to
hello@welderai.ru.
03Timeframes and confirmation
Once processed, You will receive a deletion confirmation by email or in the Support Chat. If we need additional information to execute the request, we will reach out within the same window.
04Disconnecting social integrations
You can disconnect the TikTok / Instagram / YouTube integration without deleting the entire Account through any of the following:
- Inside Welder AI: «Settings» → «Integrations» → click «Disconnect» next to the platform.
- On the platform side:
- TikTok: TikTok app → Settings → Manage Account → Apps and Websites → remove Welder AI;
- Instagram / Meta: Facebook Business Settings → Business Integrations → remove Welder AI; or Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites;
- YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → find Welder AI → Remove Access.
Upon disconnection we delete the stored access tokens within 24 hours and stop calling the platform's API on Your behalf.
05What is retained under law
Some information must be retained even after Account deletion under applicable law:
- Payment metadata and financial documents — in depersonalised or restricted form, for the periods required by applicable tax law (HMRC self-employment record-keeping requirements — typically 6 years after the end of the relevant tax year).
- Information necessary to prevent fraud and abuse (such as a marker that an account has previously been banned) — in depersonalised form.
See Sections 10-11 of the Privacy Policy for details.
